Hanu` lui Manuc

Bucharest's Old Town does offer a few opportunities to sit down to dinner with a good slice of history – and Manuc's Inn or Hanu’ lui Manuc is another pit stop for such an occasion. Founded in early 19th century, it housed a hotel, it witnessed a peace treaty, it briefly served as the city hall, it was used as a theatre and more. Its original structure remains intact, though it underwent several restorations. So either you choose to have a refreshment in the courtyard, or a dinner in the restaurant, the atmosphere in this traditional restaurant in Bucharest will not disappoint you.
