Established in 1948 and housed by the former Royal Palace of Bucharest, the National Museum of Art invites you to discover more than 70,000 art objects. The modern Romanian collection features sculptures by Constantin Brâncuşi and paintings by Theodor Aman, Nicolae Grigorescu or Theodor Pallady. In the international section, you will discover paintings by the Old Masters, including El Greco, Domenico Veneziano, or Peter Paul Rubens.
